Return Process

  Place the items in their original Swiss-engineered packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the exterior of your return parcel.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
